White Internet is your one-stop to get your business online

Additional Services Provided By Iain White

On top of Website Development, Website DesignConsulting and Digital Marketing, I supply additional services.

I am not just a Designer or Developer, I have worked across the whole software development lifecycle and I provide a full web service at White Internet, here are just some examples of services that I offer.

  • Domain name registration
  • Web hosting packages
  • Security (SSL/TSL) certificates
  • SEO audits of existing websites
  • Security audits of existing websites
  • Business Email
  • Digital Marketing of your brand

I have also had practical hands-on commercial experience working as a DevOps on Amazon Web Services (AWS),  Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. DevOps is about bringing together historically separate functional IT areas. It involves “bridging the gap” or “removing silos between” software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops) teams, often with the goal of being able to release software faster and with greater stability.

I am also a seasoned Agile Project Manager and is a certified professional Scrum Master.

What is Web Hosting?

I can provide the technologies and services needed for your website to be viewed on the Internet. Websites are hosted or stored, on special computers called servers. When a user on the Internet wants to view your website, all they need to do is type your website address or domain into their browser. Their computer will then connect to your server and your webpages will be delivered to them through there browser.

What is an SSL Certificate?

SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins, and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites.
